Installing the Projector
Forms of installation
There are two forms of installing the projector. Set the [Projection Mode] ( P. 29) in the Settings
menu in accordance with the form of installation.
■ Installing on the floor or table, and
projecting images on the screen in front
Install the projector in front of the screen, and
project images.
This is the most common method of installing
the projector, and enables easy installation
and movement of the projector.

■ Installing on the floor or table, and
projecting images from the back of the
screen
Install the projector behind the screen, and
project images from the back of the screen.
It is necessary to use a transmission type
screen.

Projection relation
Install the projector with reference to the figure below and the projection distance. Note that the
projected image size can be changed between 60 inch and 120 inch depending on the screen size
and screen position. (The projected image aspect ratio is 16:9.)
