Preparations 1 • Measure cereal with the measuring cup provided. • The volume of the measuring cup is about 180 mL. • For the maximum quantity of the food to be cooked at once, refer to Tables 1-3. Preparations 3 Place the ingredients into the inner pan. For the amount of fluids (e.g., water etc.), see Tables 1-3 on Page 6. • The total amount of ingredients and water shall not exceed the maximum level indicated as "L". • Dry the outside surface of the inner pan. If it is wet, it may cause noise while cooking. Any foreign matters between the inner pan and the cast heater may damage the unit. Scale of water levels maximum level. Functions Porridge ■■Important Information • The amounts of ingredients are specified in Table 1 on Page 6. • The amount of cereal is given for viscous porridge. If you need liquid one, take less cereal, leaving the remaining ingredients unchanged. For example, take 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup of cereal. • See Page 28 for amount of cereal. Functions Steak ■■ Important Information • Please adjust cooking time according to size and thickness of the meat. • During cooking, the inner pan will become very hot (more than 180°C). Please be careful. • Please do not use metal utensils to flip the meat as it may damage non-stick coating surface of the inner pan. • Recommended meat size : Weight: 200 - 500 g Thickness: 15 - 50 mm • Please refer to provided recipe book for detail cooking method.

Functions Cake ■■ Important Information • The maximum allowable weight (total weight of the ingredients) for Cake is 1,200 g. If the maximum allowable weight is exceeded, cake will not get baked through. Preparations • Mix the ingredients thoroughly. • Coat with butter (or cooking oil) the inner surface area (bottom and sides)of the inner pan, place the prepared ingredients there and close the outer lid. Verify the procedure by referring to the recipe. • See Page 28 for amount of ingredients. • Please carefully see that food is already cooked while taking food out. Functions Steam/Dumpling ■ Important Information • If the predetermined cooking time exceeds 30 minutes, add 4 measuring cups of water into the inner pan to prevent evaporation of all liquid. • After boiling and complete evaporation of water, the multi cooker automatically switches to the Keep Warm function. • If you want to abort steaming during cooking, press (Off) button. • When steaming while cooking cereal at the same time, it's recommended to use Buck Wheat or White Rice function.

Functions Re-heat ■■ Important Information • It is not recommended to re-heat cold ingredients exceed the minimum capacity for each function. • See Page 28 for amount of ingredients. Functions Yogurt ■ Important Information • Please use yogurt cup provided and amount of ingredients do not exceed 150 g (Milk 130 g + Yogurt 20 g) per 1 cup (Totally 6 cups : 900 g). If other general heat resistance container is used, amount of ingredients do not exceed 1,200 g. • When the multi cooker is still hot (Start) button cannot be operated. (Buzzer will shortly beep 4 times). Wait approx. 30 minutes to cool down the multi cooker.

Functions Cleaning ■■ Important Information • For removing strange smells and dirt inside the inner pan. • Cleaning function can not be operated right after cooking. Wait for approx. 30 minutes to cool down the multi cooker. Preparations • Pour water into the inner pan at half of its capacity. • Close the outer lid. Functions Keep Warm ■■ Important Information • It's recommended not to use the Keep Warm function for longer than 12 hours. • Please use the Keep Warm function only for rice. Do not warm Pilaf or other menu to prevent undesired odor or spoilage. • Rice may become smelly, discolor, and dry if too little amount is being kept warm. • Keep Warm of the cold ingredients is impossible. Using the Manual Set function The Manual Set function lets you set cooking temperature and cooking time as your desire. 1~2 Operations (Cooking with the Manual Set function.) 1 Press (Manual Set) button to select Manual Set function. • The (Start) indicator and blink. • LCD will display 130°C as default cooking temperature and 20 min as default cooking time 1~2 (Manual Set) button again if you want to change cooking 2 Press temperature.

Using the Timer The presetting time is a countdown timer. • The multi cooker will complete cooking when the number of hours that was set has elapsed. • The timer can be preset 24 hours in advance. Example If the timer is set for 4 h 30 min, cooking will be completed in 4 hours and 30 minutes after ( (Start) button is pressed. * When the preset timing is less than the required timing for cooking, the multi cooker will start cooking as soon as (Start) button is pressed.

Cleaning and maintenance • • Be sure to unplug and carry out these operations when the appliance is cooled down. Do not use objects such as benzine, thinners, cleansing powder or metal scrubbers. How to use adjustable steam basket / When the display shows as follows How to use adjustable steam basket ■■ Height adjustment Put your thumb on the ring on the inner wall of the rotating part, lift and slightly turn it counterclockwise, and then release your finger. The height of the adjustable steam basket will increase. To restore the previous size, hold the bottom of the container with your palm, slightly turn it clockwise, and lift it up to clap.
