Condensation
● If condensation adheres to the unit, the lens may fog and the unit and SD card
may not function properly. Avoid sharp changes in temperature and humidity.
● Condensation may adhere in the following cases:
• After summer rain showers or in humid places where the air is thick with
steam
• When heaters are turned on in cold rooms
• When moving from cold places to warm places
• When the unit is directly exposed to cold drafts (i.e., air conditioners, etc.)
● In the event of differences in temperature or humidity, place the unit in a
plastic bag, remove as much air as possible, seal and let it sit for about 1 hour
to adjust to the ambient temperature.
● If the lens fogs up, remove the battery and disconnect the AC adaptor, open
the card/battery door and let it sit for about 1 hour to adjust to the ambient
temperature.
Cleaning
● Remove the battery and disconnect the AC adaptor.
● Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, etc. (These substances can cause
deformation and peeling.)
● Wipe off fingerprints and dust with a soft dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, soak a
cloth in water, wring it out well, and use it to wipe the dirty surfaces. Then wipe
the surfaces with a dry cloth.
● Use chemically impregnated tissues in accordance with warnings and
indications.
