2 Press the number buttons to select the
channel.
To select a 1-digit number
e.g., 1: [1] B [OK].
To select a 2-digit number
e.g., 12: [1] B [2].

If the station you are listening to is transmitting RDS signals,
“RDS” will light up on the display.

Turn on your TV and select the appropriate audio input mode
[ARC, D-IN] to suit the connections to this unit. (> 23)
You can enhance stereo sources with surround sound effect.
Press [SURROUND] several times to select the
effect.

You can adjust the mode depending on the source or situation.

mode.
2 While the selected mode is displayed on the unit’s
display
Press [2, 1] and select the desired setting.

You can make the dialogue stand out from the background
noise and also hear sound as if it is coming from the centre of
the TV.

1 Press [SOUND] several times to select “AUTO
STEREO”.
2 While the selected mode is displayed on the unit’s
display
Press [2, 1] and select “MONO”.
The sound becomes monaural.
Select “AUTO STEREO” in step 2 to cancel the mode.
Depending on the broadcast system, stereo or monaural will
be selected.
“MONO” is also cancelled when you change the frequency.
≥ This setting can be preset for each broadcasting station.
