Press [SELECTOR] to select "FM" or
"AM".
Each time the button is pressed,

Press [TUNE MODE] to select
"MANUAL".
Each time the button is pressed; =MANUAL" _ "PRESET".

Press [TUNING (v or ^)] to select
the frequency of the required station.
"TUNED" is displayed when a radio station is tuneoL
"STEREO" is d.isplayed when a stereo FM broadcast s being
received.
4 Adjust the volume,
Auto tuning
Press and hold [TUNING (\/or^)] for a moment until the
frequency starts changing rapidly. The unit begins auto tuning,
stopping when it finds a station.

Tuning may stop before a station is found if interference is
encountered.
ff noise is excessive in FM
Press[FM MODE]to display"MONO".
eThis mode improvessoundqualityif receptionis weak for some
reason,butbroadcastsare heardin monaural.

FM frequency step
The step is set to 0.2 MHz at the factory, It can be changed to
enable the tuner to recek.e stations broadcast in 0,1 MHz steps,
Any FM frequencies that have been preset will be changed by this
procedure. Be sure to carry out presetting again.
Press [SELECTOR] to select _FM'. Now press and hold
[SELECTOR]. After 5 seconds the display changes to show the
current lowest FM frequency. Continue to hold down the button.
After about ten seconds, the minimum frequency changes and the
step is changed at the same time,
Repeat this procedure to change the step back.
