FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT / TUTORIAL Accessing the Voice Mail System From your Desk Dial into the Voice Mail System by entering the Access Number provided by your System Administrator. Internal Voice Mail Extension Number: ___________ As a first time user, the system will prompt you through the setup of your personal Voice Mail Box.
HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE This Operator’s Guide will provide the necessary steps and procedures for you to utilize the Courier Voice Mail system with the Panasonic Small Screen Display phone. Each step is clearly detailed and the corresponding display message is illustrated appropriately. Soft key NEXT to Advance PREV to Return The manual will refer to Soft Keys which are the buttons to the left and right of the small display screen that correspond to the various features of the Courier application.
LISTEN LISTENING TO MESSAGES ...N EW & OLD 4 New: T o l i s t e n t o n e w m e s s a g e s . 4 Old: T o l i s t e n t o o l d o r s a v e d m e s - sages. The number above “New” and “Old” signifies the number of messages. PLAYING A NEW OR OLD M ESSAGE 4 Press the Soft key to listen to the new or old message LISTEN OPTIONS NEXT 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 4 Save the message as Old. Delete the message. Play the message from beginning (replay). Reply to sender’s message or caller Forward a message to a mailbox.

B o t h f e a t u r e s a r e f u n c t i o n a l f r o m a n y t e l e p h o n e ( C e l l Phone, Internal Phone, etc.), and are utilized when listening to New or Old messages.

CALL NEXT DIRECTING CALLS TO TELEPHONE (TEL) OR VOICE M AILBOX (VMB) When callers enter extension numbers from the auto attendant: • C a l l s t o Tel w i l l r i n g e x t e n s i o n f i r s t , t h e n forward to voice mail, if no answer. • C a l l s t o Vmb w i l l g o d i r e c t l y t o t h e m a i l box greeting, without ringing the phone.
