Recording with Manual Focus

Adjustment

With this Movie Camera, you can also adjust the focus

manually.

Use this mode for special subjects and recording

conditions, such as listed {-¥ 90), for which the Full Auto

Mode is not suitable.

1 Set the [AE] Selector to [MNL].

2 Press the [FOCUS] Button.

•The [MF] Indication 0 appears in the Finder.

([MF] means Manual Focus.)

3 Keep the [W • T] Zoom Lever pushed

towards [T] to zoom in on the subject

4 Turn the Focus Ring to adjust the

focus.

5 Push the [W • T] Zoom Lever towards

[W] to zoom out as desired.

■ Cancelling the Manual Focus Mode

Press the [FOCUS] Button so that the [MF] Indication

disappears in the Finder. Or reset the [AE] Selector to

[AUTO].
