Using the Digital Zoom
Function
1 Press the [D.MODE] Button repeatedly
until the [ Щ] ] Indication Lamp next to
the button lights.
•The [D.ZOOM] Indication appears in the Finder.
•The Super Image Stabilizer Function is also
automatically activated to prevent shaking of the
highly magnified picture. {However, the [ ®]
Indication Lamp is not lit.)
2 Push the [W • T] Zoom Lever towards
[T] or [W] to zoom in or out as desired.
•With the Digital Zoom Function activated, you can
optically zoom between 1 x (wide-angle) and 17x
and digitally between 18x and 200x. The
changeover between optical and digital zooming is
automatic.
•The zooming speed is variable. The farther you
push the [W • T] Lever towards [W] or [T], the
faster the zooming speed becomes.
•When using the Digital Zoom Function, the picture
quality is somewhat reduced.
■ Cancelling the Digital Zoom Function
Press the [D.MODE] Button so that neither the [ Щ) ] nor
the [ i0] Indication Lamp next to the button is lit any
more (and neither the [D.ZOOM] nor the [0] Indication
is displayed any more in the Finder).

muzete opticky zoomovat mezi 1X (sirokym
uhlem) az 17x a digitalne mezi 18x az 200x.
Zmena mezi optickym a digitalnim zoomovanim je
automaticka.
• Rychlost zoomovani je menitelna. Cim vice je
packa oviadani zoomu [W*T] posunuta do jedne z
poloh [W] nebo [T], tim rychleji je zoomovani
provadeno.
• Pfi pouzivani funkce digitalniho zoomovani je
kvalita obrazu ponekud zhorsena.
■ Zruseni funkce digitalniho zoomovani
Stisknete opakovane tiacitko [D.MODE] tak, aby vedle
neho nesvitil ani jeden z indikatoru [ ] nebo [ 0 ] (a
aby V hledacku nesvitila ani jedna z indikaci [ 0] nebo
[D.ZOOM]).
