CAUTIONS
ALWAYS USE OVEN GLOVES WHEN REMOVING DISHES FROM THE
OVEN - ESPECIALLY WHEN TURNING OR STIRRING FOODS, AS THE
ACCESSORIES AND SURROUNDING OVEN WILL GET VERY HOT.
Guidelines
1. Food is usually cooked UNCOVERED.
2. After cooking it is important that the
accessories are removed for cleaning
before re-use and that the oven walls
and base of the oven are wiped with
a cloth squeezed in hot soapy water
to remove any grease. It is not
necessary to clean the back and
top of the oven cavity which has a
catalytic self-clean lining.
