Manuelle und automatische Dämpfungslter
Dämpfungslter, die eine einfache automatische Einstellung ermöglichen,
unterdrücken Eigenresonanzanteile bzw. Vibrationsfrequenzkomponen-
ten der Pulseingänge, wodurch die Vibrationen der Achsen bei Maschi-
nenstopp erheblich reduziert werden. Die Anzahl dieser Filter wurde von
bislang zwei auf vier erhöht, von denen zwei für simultane Verwendung
vorgesehen sind. Der zur Verfügung stehende Frequenzbereich wurde
ebenfalls erheblich erweitert und beträgt nun 1 bis 200Hz.
Externer Geber für eine geschlossene Regelung
Höchste Präzision für Positionierung durch Verwendung eines externen
Gebers.
Die Positionierung mit dem Motor-Encoder ist für die meisten Anwendun-
gen ausreichend, aber z.B. bedingt durch die Mechanik, kann es kleinste
Abweichungen geben, die der Motor-Encoder nicht beeinussen kann. Ab-
hilfe schafft hier ein externer Geber, oder eine Linearskala. Damit werden
auch diese kleinsten Ungenauigkeiten ausgeglichen und Positionierfehler
können praktisch ausgeschlossen werden.
Echtzeit-Autotuning-Funktion
Ist diese Funktion aktiviert, wird das Tuning nach Beendigung
mehrerer Arbeitsvorgänge automatisch durchgeführt. Nach
Anpassung der Frequenzantwort ändert sich über das Tuning
ein einzelner Parameterwert. Für die Feinanpassung kann
der Autotuning-Modus in der Steuersoftware aktiviert werden.
Durch die automatische Vibrationsunterdrückung werden Ab-
nutzungsschäden minimiert. Über zusätzliche Modus- und
Steigkeitseinstellungen lassen sich die Frequenzantworten
für spezielle Maschinentypen wie z.B. reibungsintensive, rie-
mengetriebene Maschinen oder Geräte mit vertikalen Achsen
einfach optimieren.

Durch den Einsatz von hochsensiblen Sperrltern entfällt die
Überwachung von störenden Vibrationsfrequenzen. Indem die
MINAS A5 Vibrationen ermittelt und die erforderlichen Anpas-
sungen automatisch vornimmt, werden die durch Eigenreso-
nanz verursachten Vibrationen und Störmomente erheblich
reduziert. Die MINAS A5 bietet vier Sperrlter (von denen zwei
automatisch eingestellt werden). Der zur Verfügung stehende
Frequenzbereich für die Filter beträgt 50-5000Hz.
