R Use only the battery specified. 1 2 Open the battery cover. Position the SIM card as shown below with the gold-coloured contacts facing down and the notched corner turned to the left. Carefully slide the SIM card into the SIM card slot until the tab is positioned on the SIM card edge.

The characters that can be entered depend on the input mode. – Press MFN or MEN to move the cursor. – Press dial keys to enter characters and numbers. – Press M#N to select the desired symbol. – Press M N to erase the character or number to the left of the cursor.
