Clearing Caller List Information
You can clear some or all of the entries in the Caller List.
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 14) and the unit is in the stand-by mode.

To clear all entries in the Caller
List
1 Press .
2 Press G or F until the arrow points to
“Caller ID”.
3 Press OKH.
•The most recent caller’s information is
displayed.
4 Press OKH.
5 Press G or F until the arrow points to
“All Clear”.
6 Press OKH.
•“All Clear ?” is displayed.
7 Press G or F to select “YES”, then
press
OKH.
•Aconfirmation tone sounds and
“CLEARED” is displayed.
•After a few seconds, the display will show
“No Stored Memory” and the
handset will return to the stand-by mode.

To clear a specific entry from
the Caller List
1 Press .
2 Press G or F until the arrow points to
“Caller ID”.
3 Press OKH.
•The most recent caller’s information is
displayed.
4 Press G or F until the caller
information you want to clear is
displayed, then press
OKH.
5 Press G or F until the arrow points to
“Clear”.
6 Press OKH.
•“Clear ?” is displayed.
7 Press G or F to select “YES”, then
press
OKH.
•Aconfirmation tone sounds and
“CLEARED” is displayed.
•After a few seconds, the display will show
the next caller information. To return to the
stand-by mode, press or wait for 60
seconds.
