Storing Caller List Information in the Phonebook
You can store phone numbers that are in the Caller List in the phonebook. You can also select a
separate ring tone for callers by setting “Private ring” (p. 34).
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 14) and the unit is in the stand-by mode.

9 Press G or F to select private ring ON
or OFF.
10 Press OKH.
11 While “Save” is at the arrow, press
OKH.
•Aconfirmation tone sounds.
•The display will show “Saved”. The
display will show the next caller
information.
12 Press to return to the stand-by
mode.

•If the display shows “Memory full” in step
6, the handset will return to the stand-by
mode. To clear other stored items from the
phonebook, see page 37.
1 Press .
2 Press G or F until the arrow points to
“Caller ID”.
3 Press OKH.
•The most recent caller’s information is
displayed.
4 Press G or F until the desired caller
number is displayed.
5 Press OKH.
6 While “Save Phonebook” is at the
arrow, press
OKH.
•The display shows the number of
remaining phonebook items, then
“<Enter name>”.

7 Enter the name, up to 16 characters
