After subscribing to a Caller ID service, the calling party information will be displayed after the first ring. The unit can record information of up to 50 different callers in the Caller List. Using this list, you can automatically call back a caller. You can store a caller’s phone number from the Caller List into the phonebook.

When the 51st call is received, the first caller’s information is deleted. Each caller’s phone number received is shown. If a call is received with the private name display function (p. 32), the caller’s name will be shown. To confirm who has called you, follow the steps below.

You can answer the second call, keeping the first call on hold. • If the phone number is stored in the directory, the caller’s name will be displayed (p. 32).

Operating more than one handset allows you to have an internal call while simultaneously conducting an external phone call using another handset.
