6) Place a 4 in the box (left click the box) to Enable Windows Printing Service.
7) Enter a Server Name or use the default name. If more than one KX-P8420 will be
installed, enter a unique name. This is the name the printer will advertise itself as
on the network.
8) Enter the Domain Workgroup. This name can be found in the network properties of
the workstation. Right click on Network Neighborhood and select properties. Click
on the identification tab. Enter the workgroup name shown here as the Domain
Workgroup in WebTools.
9) Ignore “Use WINS Server” unless it is required in your network.
10) Click the Save button.
11) Exit WebSetup by clicking the X in the right corner of the WebSetup title bar.

12) A window will appear stating the “Server Requires a Reboot” Yes, No or Cancel.
13) Click Yes to reboot the server (printer).
