Do not remove the metal bar. If the bar comes off, attach it into the slots on the recording paper exit.

If a fax tone is detected, the unit will automatically receive the fax. If a phone call is detected, the answering device will play a greeting message and the caller can leave a voice message.

When receiving a call, your own greeting message will be played instead of the pre-recorded message. The recording time will be limited to 16 seconds. We recommend you record your message within 12 seconds to make it easier to receive faxes.
