Receiving faxes
3After printing, the following is displayed.

If you want to delete the fax, press (Yes).

If you want to hold the fax, press (No).
Printing a specific fax stored in
memory
1Press (Fax list).
2■ To print a specific fax
Press (Search button) to select the desired
fax to print, then press (Print a specific fax).
■ To print new fax only
Press (Change button function) twice,
then press (Print new fax).
■ To print only a required page
1. Press (Change button function) twice,
then press (Print a page).
2. Enter the start page and press (Set).
3. Enter the end page and press (Set).
■ To print all faxes
Press (Change button function), then press
(Print all).
3Press (Delete a specific fax).
Deleting a specific fax stored in
memory
1Press (Fax list).
2Press (Search button) to select the desired
fax to delete.

4If you want to delete the fax, press (Yes).
