Problem Cause and Solution
Cannot hear sound.
• The sound is set to mute.
→ Unmute the sound (Page 20).
• The microphone at the site is set to mute.
→ Ask the site to unmute the microphone.
The image is less visible.
• Guides and icons are displayed on the image.
→ Hide
the
guides and icons for
the site. For details, refer to the Operating
Manual or User Manual of the HD Visual Communication Unit.
If These Messages Appear
Message Cause and Solution
Hardware information and
Registration Key unmatched.
• The server is damaged, or the server or parts may have been replaced.
→ Contact your dealer.
