When a problem occurs

Cannot record on the card or disc after

formatting it using Windows

Explorer.

z It is necessary to format the DVD disc in UDF 2.5 format on this software before using it.

SD cards must be formatted with the video camera that this software supports (l11).

The disc is formatted in UDF 2.5 format,

but recording fails.

z Discs formatted in UDF 2.5 format with Windows Vista

cannot be used.

When copying from an SD card or the

hard disk to a DVD disc, the pictures

cannot be copied.

z Pictures cannot be copied to a DVD disc.

Thumbnails are not displayed on the

Copy window.

z Since image data produced with video cameras other than compatible video cameras

(l11) or other software does not have thumbnail folders, they may not be displayed.

Cannot record on a DVD-RW disc or a

DVD-RAM disc.

z Recording is not possible if the discs are protected. Clear the settings by using the

device that write protected the disc or enable the [Auto Protect] settings (l86).

Error occurs while data is recorded.

Data recording failed.

The recorded MPEG2 file cannot be

copied.

z Images in MPEG2 format cannot be captured or played back.
