Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Should any problem persist contact your dealer. Problem Cause Remedy Check that the battery is fully charged and correctly connected to the phone. Phone will not switch on. Extremely short battery life for a new battery. The network you are using and the condition of the battery can affect battery life. Short battery life for an old battery.
