I GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. Start the exercise with the “Easy” course to accustom your body to the movement. Once you grow accustomed to the movement, we recommend exercising with the “Light” course.
