Panasonic refrigerators offer three smart compartments with different temperature and humidity levels – to provide
optimum storage for all your produce and meat. The Vitamin-Safe and 5°C freshzone compartments are even
equipped with two flashing LEDs to retain vitamins.
Vitamin-Safe compartment Standard refrigerators are normally too dry for storing fruit and vegetables, only offering a
single temperature for the entire refrigerator. But not with Panasonic. These refrigerators feature the Vitamin-Safe compartment,
which is optimised to a high humidity level. The temperature can also be adjusted between 0˚C and 5˚C, to ensure your fruit and
vegetables stay fresher for longer.

Retaining vitamins Fruit and vegetables stored in the dark lose vitamins. To prevent this,
Panasonic uses two flashing LEDs to simulate the blue and green hues of sunlight. The LEDs
activate the fruit and vegetables’ natural defences and stop them from losing vitamins. This
positive effect has been tested and certified by SLG, a renowned independent test laboratory.
Approved by SLG Prüf- und Zertifizierungs GmbH, certifying the ‘optimisation of the storing system by using Vitamin-Safe’
(SLG is a renowned independent test laboratory).
0°C: Chilling temperatures and low
humidity are ideal for storing fish and
meat.
Vitamin-Safe: High humidity,
adjustable temperature from 0°C
to 5°C and LEDs to retain vitamins.
