Removing the built-in rechargeable battery
The battery in this trimmer is not intended to be replaced by
consumers. However, the battery may be replaced at an
authorized service center.
The procedure described below is intended only for removal of the
rechargeable battery for the purpose of proper disposal.
1.Disconnect the power cord from the trimmer.
2.Remove the blade from the trimmer. Remove the 4 screws (a).
3.Remove the body cover (housing).
4.Remove the battery from the chassis.
Discharge the battery completely before removing it.
Be careful not to short the + and – terminals of the battery after
removing it.

For environmental protection and recycling of materials
This trimmer contains a Nickel-Metal Hydride battery. Please
make sure that the battery is disposed of at an ofcially assigned
location, if there is one in your country.

Uklanjanjeugrađenepunjivebaterije
Nije predviđeno da korisnici sami mijenjaju bateriju u šišaču.
Međutim, bateriju možete zamijeniti u ovlaštenom servisnom
centru.
Postupak opisan u nastavku služi samo za uklanjanje punjive
baterije u svrhu njezinog primjerenog odlaganja.
1. Izvucite kabel za napajanje iz šišača.
2. Izvadite oštricu iz šišača. Uklonite 4 vijka (a).
3. Uklonite poklopac kućišta.
4. Izvucite bateriju iz uređaja.
• Potpuno ispraznite bateriju prije nego što ju izvadite.
• Pripazite da ne skratite krajeve baterije + i - nakon što ste ju
izvadili.

Ovaj šišač sadržava nikal-metal hidridnu bateriju. Bateriju
obavezno odložite na mjesto službeno određeno za tu namjenu,
ako ono postoji u vašoj zemlji.
