Solder both method
Preconditioning : Heat Temperature
(See 5.1.1)/Class2
Solder temperature : 270+/-5 °C
Dipping period : 3+/-0.5 s
Preheat condition :
Use solder H63A(JIS-Z-3282).For the flux,
use rosin (JIS-K-5902) ethanol solution of a
concentration of about 25% by weight. Use
tweezers for the holder to dip the specimen.
Recovery : 48+/-4 hours
12 Solderability More than 95% of the soldered area
of both terminal electrodes shall be
covered with fresh solder.
Solder temperature : 230+/-5 °C
Dipping period : 4+/-1 s
Dip the specimen in solder so that both
terminal electrodes are completely submerged.
Use solder H63A(JIS-Z-3282). For the flux use
rosin (JIS-K-5902) of ethanol solution of a
concentration of about 25 % by weight.
Use tweezers for the holder to dip the
specimen.
