InTones,thetelephonekey,ringandwarningtones
(exceptlowbatterywarning)canbeswitchedoff.When
AllTonesareswitchedoffthesilentindicator([)is
displayed.
WhentheRingVolumeisswitchedoffthesilentindicator
([)isdisplayed.Increasingthevolumelevelabove
maximumcansetanescalatingringtone.
AdifferentRingTypecanbeusedforvoice,fax,dataand
messages.
TheKeepAlivetimerwilldelayswitchingoffthe
telephone,whenthetelephoneismountedintheoptional
CarMountKitorEasyFitHands-freeKitandthevehicle
ignitionisturnedoff.Iftheignitionisturnedoffduringa
callthecallwillbemaintained.Whenthecallendsthe
timerwillstart.IfthetelephoneisremovedfromtheCar
MountKitorEasyFitHands-freeKitduringthespecified
delaytime,thetimerwillbecancelledandthetelephone
willnotbeturnedoff.
WhenAutomaticAnswerisswitchedon,andthetelephone
ismountedintheoptionalCarMountKitorEasyFit
Hands-freeKit,acallwillbeansweredwithoutpressing
anykeys.
ApersonalisedGreetingMessagecanbeprogrammedfor
whenthetelephoneisswitchedon–see“AlphaEntry”
page20.
ThebrightnessoftheBacklightcanbechanged.
DTMFlengthcanbechangedbetweenshortandlong.
DefaultswillreturnyourPersonalSettingstotheirfactory
default,exceptthelockcodeandlanguage.
ThesourcefortheHotKeytelephonenumberscanbe
setusingtheHotKeyDialmenu.
