Problem Cause & Solution
I cannot print a file
saved on the USB
memory device.
• There is no USB memory device inserted in the unit. Insert a supported USB
memory device (page 142).
• You tried to print different file formats onto 1 page. Activate the continuous print
setting (page 76).
• The file may be broken. Try viewing the file on your computer.
• The file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file format
(page 74).
