Customizing ecology mode
Each ecology mode setting can be changed.
1. : /MENU (repeatedly): "ECO MODE" OK/SET Select "ON" OK/SET
: ECO
2. Select the setting you want to change.
3. Select the desired item.
4. : OK/SET / : "OK"
Available selections for each setting:

10.4 Mode restriction
You can restrict output by enabling department codes.
Only users who know the department code can:
– make a copy
– print a document
– print a file from a USB memory device
Note
• You can set department codes and restriction settings for individual departments (up to 100 departments).
• To use the mode restriction feature, do not allow many people to know the administrator code.
