Viewing/editing a caller's telephone number before calling back/storing
Important
• If the area code of the received telephone number is the same as yours, the area code may need to
be deleted before calling back. This may only apply to some areas.
1.
Set the unit to the fax mode.
2.
: /MENU (repeatedly): "CALLER SEARCH" OK/SET
: Display "CALLER SEARCH" screen (page 112)
3.
Search from the recently received caller information.
• While displaying the desired caller information, press : / : "Tel No." repeatedly to
change name/telephone number information.
• Press dial key (0 to 9) or /Tone to enter the editing mode and edit the telephone number if necessary.
(2-line LCD models only) ( )
Note
• on the display means the call has already been viewed or answered. To stop viewing, press /STOP .
Erasing caller information
Erasing all caller information
For 2-line LCD models ( ):
1.
/MENU (repeatedly): "CALLER SETUP" OK/SET
2.
"CALL LIST ERASE" will be displayed. OK/SET
3.
OK/SET /STOP
For touch panel models ( ):
