Chapter 7 Program Destinations / Program Keys

Setting for Group Dialing

To program multiple destinations on program key, follow the steps below:

z For instructions on how to edit pre-programmed station, refer to Editing Address Book (see page 173).

z For instructions on how to delete pre-programmed station, refer to Deleting a Destination from Address

Book (see page 174).

z For instruction how to print the program list, refer to Printing the Program List (see page 184).

z To program multiple destinations, each destination must be programmed in advance.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “01 Program Keys”.

Select “01 Group Dial”.

Enter a group dialing name, and then

select “OK”.

z Enter a name up to 15 characters.

z For instructions on using the onscreen

keyboard, refer to Before Starting in the

Operating Instructions (For Function

Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.

Enter Key Name, and then select

“OK”.
