Searching for Destinations
 Search through the Address Book (Local Search)
The Email Address of a remote station programmed in the address book can be searched by its
entry name.
1 Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 106.
2 Select “Search”.
3 Enter the character string you want to
search for.
z For instructions on using the onscreen
keyboard, refer to Before Starting in the
Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.
The Email Addresses that match the character
string are displayed.
4 Select the destination to which you
want to send to, and then select “OK”.
z Select or to scroll through the search
results.
5 Press the Start key.
The original(s) are stored into memory with a
file number. Then starts email transmission.
