Editing a Group Dialling
To edit a group dialling, follow the steps below.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “01 Program Keys”.

Select “03 Modify Group Dial”.

Select the Group Dial button you want
to edit, and then select “OK”.
z Select the same button again to cancel a
choice.

To rename a group dial name, enter a
new name, and then select “OK”.

To rename a group dial key name,
enter a new name, and then select
“OK”.
