Program Keys
What is Program Key?
There are three ways to use the Program key:
Using for Program Dialling
You can set communication sequences or destinations which you often use.
Using for Group Dialling
Multiple destinations can be selected from the Address Book, and pre-programmed on a single
Program key for group dialling.
Using as Email Reception Key
This function allows others to share your machine to retrieve their Emails from the POP server by
pre-programming their POP user names and POP passwords into the Program keys. They will be
able to retrieve their Emails by simply pressing the corresponding Program key.

Programmable Items
The following items can be programmed on a Program key:
