Chapter 5 Internet Fax
Receiving Email Manually
With the Function Parameter “147 Auto POP Receive” (Fax/Email Settings > Fax Parameters) set to
“Invalid”, Email is received manually.
z With POP acquisition interval set between 1 and 60 minutes, queries are transmitted to the POP server
periodically to check for new Emails, and the number of the incoming Email messages on the server appears
on the display.

Press the Fax key.

Check for incoming mail(s).

Select “Basic Menu”.

Select “Get Email”.
The retrieved Email is printed.
