Entering an Email Address
Email addresses can be entered by any of the following methods:
Using the Onscreen Keyboard
To enter an Email address directly from the onscreen Keyboard, follow the steps below.
z This function is not available when the Function Parameter “136 Restrict Direct Dial” (Fax/Email Settings >
Fax Parameters) is set to “Valid”.

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 110.

Select “Email”.

On the Email screen, select
“Keyboard”.
