The complete disc can be copied or the copying time can be
defined. The titles are copied without chapters.
Start Copying

Press OK to start copying.
!
Select [Yes] with and confirm with OK. Copying stops at the set time setting.
!
To stop copying prematurely, press STOP or hold RETURN for 3 seconds.
When copying a DVD-VIDEO, it is possible that the video and audio quality are not
quite the same as the original. Screen displays are also copied.
3 Copy Time
!
Select [Time Setting] with and confirm with OK.
!
Select [On] or [Off] with and confirm with OK.
!
[On]: Select [Copy Time] with and confirm with OK.
Use to change the time setting and confirm with OK.
Select a longer Copy Time. The disc being copied starts at the beginning,
including screen saver and title selection.
!
[Off]: When Copy Time is switched off, the whole disc is copied if there is enough
memory space on the target drive.

Go back to [Copy Time] with and select [Start Copying] with .
2 Copy Mode

Select [Recording Mode] with and confirm with OK.
!
Select the required recording mode [XP,SP,LP,EP] with and confirm with OK.
The format is recognized automatically.
The High Speed setting is not possible for time-controlled copying.

Go back to [Copy Mode] with and select [Copy Time] with .

Select [Source] with and confirm with OK.
!
Select DVD with and confirm with OK. The target drive is recognized
automatically.
!
Go back to [Copy Direction] with and select [Copy Mode] with .
Cancel All
All adjusted settings or copy lists are deleted!

Select [Cancel All] with and confirm with OK.
!
Select [Yes] with and confirm with OK.
!
Press FUNCTION MENU in the STOP mode.
!
Select [To Others] with and press OK.
!
Select [Advanced Copy] with and confirm with OK.
Copying from DVD-VIDEO with time control
HDD
DVD-V
Nearly all commercially available DVD-VIDEOs have copy protection. The contents
of such media cannot be copied with this unit.
