Deep Colour Output
This setting is for selecting whether to use
Deep Colour output when a TV that supports
Deep Colour is connected.
HDMI Audio Output
Select “Off” when connected to an
amplifier/receiver with a DIGITAL AUDIO
OUT terminal.
7.1ch Audio Reformatting
[BCT83]
[BD-V]
Surround sound with 6.1 ch or less is
automatically expanded and played back at
7.1 ch.
• If “Off” is selected, sound is played over the
original number of channels. (Note that in
the case of 6.1 ch audio, playback will be at
5.1 ch)
Audio reformatting is enabled in the following
cases:
- When you have selected “PCM” in “Digital
Audio Output”. (> 92)
- When the audio is Dolby Digital, Dolby
Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD or LPCM.
Contents Type Flag
If “Automatic” is selected, the optimal method
of playback depending on the TV (e.g.
cinema) will automatically be selected (only
when the TV supports Contents Type Flag).
VIERA Link
Select “Off” when you do not want to use
“HDAVI Control”.
Common Interface
Access to software contained on CI module.

• Select “Slot 1:” or “Slot 2:” and press [OK].
Follow the on-screen instructions.
• This setting cannot be made when “TV
System” is set to “NTSC” (> 94).
• On-screen instructions may not correspond to the remote
control buttons.
• For more information about TV service, please contact
your service provider.
• Depending on the card, in some cases its use together
with this unit may be limited or not possible.

Denne indstilling vælger om du vil bruge Deep
Colour udgang, når et TV, der understøtter

Vælg “Off” ved tilslutning til en forstærker/re-
ceiver med DIGITAL AUDIO OUT-terminalen.
Surround sound med 6.1 kanal eller mindre
er ekspanderes automatisk og afspilles på
7.1 ch.
• Hvis “Off” er valgt, vil lyden afspilles via det
oprindelige antal kanaler. (Bemærk, at når
det drejer sig om 6.1 kanal lyd, vil afspil-
ningen være på 5.1 kanal)
Audio omformatering er aktiveret i det følgen-
de tilfælde:
- Når du har valgt “PCM” i “Digital Audio
Output“. (a 92)
- Når lyden er Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital
Plus, Dolby TrueHD eller LPCM.
Hvis “Automatic” er valgt, vil den optimale
metode for afspilningen afhængigt af TV’et
(f.eks biograf) automatisk blive valgt (kun når
TV’et understøtter Contents Type Flag).
