2. Getting Started/Basic Operations
Access to the card
The access indication displays red when pictures are being
recorded on the card.
•
During access (image writing, reading and deleting,
formatting etc.), do not turn this unit off, remove the battery,
card or disconnect the AC adaptor (optional). Furthermore, do not subject the camera to
vibration, impact or static electricity.
The card or the data on the card may be damaged, and this unit may no longer operate
normally.
If operation fails due to vibration, impact or static electricity, perform the operation
again.
• If you set the Write-Protect switch A to “LOCK”, you may not be able to write,
delete or format the data or display it by recording date. These operations
become available again when you unlock the switch.
• The data on the card may be damaged or lost due to electromagnetic waves,
static electricity or breakdown of the camera or the card. We recommend storing
important data on a PC etc.
• Keep the Memory Card out of reach of children to prevent swallowing.
Format the card before recording a picture with this unit.
Since data cannot be recovered after formatting, make sure to back up necessary
data in advance.

Confirmation screen is displayed. It is executed when [Yes] is selected.
• Use a battery with sufficient battery power or the AC adaptor (optional) (P325) when formatting.
Do not turn the camera off during formatting.
• If the card has been formatted on a PC or other equipment, format it on the camera again.
• If the card cannot be formatted, please try another card before contacting Panasonic.

Kartica
Pristup kartici
Pokazatelj pristupa crvene je boje kada se fotograje
snimaju na karticu.
• Tijekom pristupanja (zapisivanje, čitanje i brisanje,
formatiranje itd.) nemojte isključivati uređaj, uklanjati
bateriju ili karticu ili odspajati prilagodnik za izmjeničnu
struju (neobavezan). Nadalje, fotoaparat nemojte izlagati vibracijama, udarcima ili
statičkom elektricitetu.
Može doći do oštećenja kartice ili podataka na kartici, a uređaj može prestati ispravno
raditi.
Ako radnju ne možete izvršiti zbog vibracija, udaraca ili statičkog elektriciteta,
ponovite radnju.
• Ako prekidač za zaštitu od pisanja Ⓐ postavite u položaj "LOCK" (Zaklj.),
neće biti moguće zapisivati, brisati ili formatirati podatke niti prikazivati ih
prema datumu snimanja. Ove radnje ponovno će postati dostupne kada
otključate prekidač.
• Uslijed djelovanja elektromagnetskih valova, statičkog elektriciteta ili kvara
na fotoaparatu ili kartici može doći do oštećenja ili gubitka podataka na
kartici. Preporučujemo da važne podatke pohranite na računalu i sl.
• Memorijsku karticu čuvajte izvan dohvata djece da je ne bi progutala.
Formatiranje kartice (inicijalizacija)
Formatirajte karticu prije snimanja s ovim uređajem.
Budući da se podaci više ne mogu vratiti nakon formatiranja, prethodno napravite
sigurnosne kopije potrebnih podataka.
Odaberite izbornik. (57. str.)
→ [Setup] (Postavljanje) → [Format] (Formatiranje)
• Prikazuje se zaslon za potvrdu. Odabirom [Yes] (Da) provodi se zadana radnja.
• Upotrebljavajte bateriju koja je dovoljno napunjena ili prilagodnik za izmjeničnu struju
(neobavezan)(325. str.) tijekom formatiranja. Tijekom formatiranja ne isključujte fotoaparat.
• Ako je kartica formatirana na računalu ili drugim uređajima, ponovno je formatirajte na
fotoaparatu.
• Ako se kartica ne može formatirati, pokušajte s drugom karticom prije nego što se obratite
tvrtki Panasonic.
