9. Recording Motion Pictures
Set the frames that determine a focus start (first) position
and focus end (second) position. The camera then
measures its distance to the subjects and sets focus. When
you start motion picture recording, focus shifts from the first
frame to the second frame.

3/4/2/1 to move the AF area frame, and press [MENU/SET]. (First position)

If you press [DISP.] before pressing [MENU/SET], the frame will return to the centre.
3 Repeat step 2. (Second position)

Auto Focus will work to set the start and end focus of Pull Focus. When the setup has
failed, the frame returns to the first position. Perform the setup again.
• If you press [MENU/SET], the frame settings will be cancelled.
Touch a subject (first position), drag your finger to the desired location (second position),
and release the finger.
•
Auto Focus will work to set the start and end focus of Pull Focus. When the setup has failed,
the frame returns to the first position. Perform the setup again.
• If you touch [ ], the frame settings will be cancelled.
• When [Pull Focus] is set to [ON]:
– Auto Focus Mode will be switched to [ ], a setting specially designed for [Pull Focus].
– If you take a picture, the Auto Focus operation [Ø ] will take place at the first frame position.
• To re-adjust the focus while recording a motion picture, press the shutter button halfway after
Pull Focus operation finishes.
• Pull Focus does not work when the two frames are not set.
• Even when [Metering Mode] (P165) is set to [ ], the spot metering target does not move with
focus. The target is fixed at the start position (first position) of Pull Focus.
Not available in these cases:
•
This function is not available in the following cases:
– In Manual Focus
– When using the Digital Zoom
– With lenses that only offer Manual Focus
– With some Four Thirds lenses

• A greater effect can be achieved by creating a striking contrast of focus between
the start and end positions, for example by shifting focus from the background to
foreground, or vice versa.
• After setting focus, try to keep the distance between the subject and the camera
constant.

Postavljanje [Pull Focus] (Povlačenje fokusa)
Postavlja okvir koji određuje položaj početka fokusa (prvi)
i kraja fokusa (drugi). Fotoaparat zatim mjeri udaljenost
od objekata i postavlja fokus. Kada započnete snimanje
videozapisa, fokus se mijenja od prvog okvira do drugog
okvira.
Radnje gumbima
❶ Pritisnite ◄.
❷ Pritisnite ▲/▼/◄/► da biste pomaknuli okvir automatskog fokusa i zatim pritisnite
[MENU/SET]. (Prvi položaj)
• Ako pritisnete [DISP.] (Prikaz) prije nego što pritisnete [MENU/SET], okvir će se vratiti u
središte.
❸ Ponovite korak ❷. (Drugi položaj)
• Automatski fokus radit će da bi postavio početak i kraj povlačenja fokusa. Ako postavljanje
nije bilo uspješno, okvir se vraća u prvi položaj. Ponovno izvršite postavljanje.
• Ako ponovno pritisnite [MENU/SET], poništit će se postavke okvira.
Radnja dodirom
Dodirnite objekt (prvi položaj), povucite prstom na željenu lokaciju (drugi položaj) i otpustite prst.
• Automatski fokus radit će da bi postavio početak i kraj povlačenja fokusa. Ako postavljanje
nije bilo uspješno, okvir se vraća u prvi položaj. Ponovno izvršite postavljanje.
• Ako pritisnete [ ], poništit će se postavke okvira.
• Može se postići bolji efekt stvaranjem snažnog kontrasta fokusa između početnog i
krajnjeg fokusa, primjerice promjenom fokusa s pozadine na prednju stranu i obrnuto.
• Nakon postavljanja fokusa, pokušajte održavati konstantnu udaljenost između
objekta i fotoaparata.
• Kada je [Pull Focus] (Povlačenje fokusa) postavljeno na [ON]:
– Način automatskog fokusa promijenit će se na [ ], postavku koja je posebno
prilagođena za [Pull Focus].
– Ako snimite fotograju, radnja automatskog fokusiranja [ ] izvršit će se na položaju
prvog okvira.
• Da biste ponovo podesili fokus nakon snimanja videozapisa, pritisnite okidač dopola nakon
što se povlačenje fokusa završi.
• Povlačenje fokusa ne radi kada dva okvira nisu postavljena.
• Čak i kada je [Metering Mode] (Način mjerenja) (165. str.) postavljen na [ ], nišan
mjerenja točke ne pomiče se s fokusom. Nišan je ksno postavljen na početni položaj (prvi
položaj) povlačenja fokusa.
Nije dostupno u ovim slučajevima:
• Ova funkcija nije dostupna u sljedećim slučajevima:
– pri ručnom fokusiranju
– kada se upotrebljava digitalni zum
– kod objektiva koji imaju samo funkciju ručnog fokusiranja
– kod nekih objektiva Four Third
