Card is not of SD standard.
●
When cards in capacities of 4 GB or more are used, only SDHC or SDXC Memory Cards are
supported.
[Read Error] / [Write Error] [Please check the card]
●
Data read has failed.
→ Check whether card has been inserted correctly. (→16)
●
Data write has failed.
→ Turn off the camera and remove the card. Reinsert the card and turn the camera on again.
●
Card may possibly be damaged.
●
Try with a different card.
[Cannot record due to incompatible format(NTSC/PAL) data on this card.]
●
Format the card after saving necessary data on a PC etc. (→53)
●
Insert a different card.
[Motion recording was cancelled due to the limitation of the writing speed of the card]

If recording stops even when using a card of the recommended speed class (→17), the data writing
speed has dropped. If this happens, we recommend backing up the data on the memory card and
formatting it (→53).

Motion picture recording may be automatically terminated with certain cards.
[A folder cannot be created]

Folder numbers in use have reached 999.
→ Save needed data on a computer or other device, and then use [Format] on the camera. (→53)
Folder number is reset to 100 when performing [No.Reset]. (→50)

AV cable (optional) is connected to camera.

→ Wipe any dirt away from the battery terminal.

Recording may be impossible if the recording location for a 3D image is too dark/too bright, or if the
subject lacks contrast.
