∫ Enlarging clipboard pictures and
storing them in the memory (zoom
marks)
This function is useful for enlarging parts of
maps, for instance, and storing them in the
memory. For details on how to enlarge
pictures, refer to playback zoom on page
70.
Rotate the zoom lever, decide on
the enlargement size and
position, and then press [MENU/
SET].
• The zoom mark ([ ]) A now appears
on the picture stored in the memory.
• To change the zoom magnification or
position, repeat the steps above.
•
To exit the zoom mark setting, return
the zoom magnification to [
] (W)
(1k).
Viewing pictures stored in the memory
1 Press 2/1 to display the picture
with the zoom mark
[].
2 Rotate the zoom lever to [ ] (T).
• It is displayed in the stored size and
position.
∫ Deleting clipboard pictures
The steps taken are the same as for normal
deletion. Refer to page 28.
• When a picture with a zoom mark is
deleted, it will no longer be possible to
view the picture prior to zooming either.
• Zoomed pictures can also be deleted.
• Please bear copyrights and other such
matters in mind. (P2)
• In the clipboard mode [ ], the following
functions cannot be used.
–[BURST]
– [D.ZOOM]
– [AUTO BRACKET]
– White balance fine adjustment
– [COL.MODE]
• In the clipboard mode [ ], the following
functions are fixed.
– [ASPECT RATIO]: [ ]
– [QUALITY]: [ ]
– [SENSITIVITY]: AUTO
– [W.BALANCE]: AWB
– [SELFTIMER]: OFF/2 seconds
– [POWER SAVE]: [5MIN.]
–[AFMODE]: [ ]
– [ECONOMY]: OFF
– [GUIDE LINE]: [ ]
– [AF ASSIST LAMP]: ON
• The [CLOCK SET], [AUTO REVIEW],
[WORLD TIME], [TRAVEL DATE],
[BEEP], [SHUTTER] and [VOLUME]
settings established using the [SETUP]
menu (P17) are also reflected in the
clipboard mode [ ].
• The [STABILIZER] setting in [REC] mode
is also reflected in clipboard mode [ ].
