Pinch out to zoom in, pinch in to zoom out.
Double-tapping the screen also zooms in/out.

∫ Opening a link in an incognito tab
Tap and hold the link > [Open in incognito tab].
≥ An incognito tab allows browsing of web pages without retaining history or search history.
