11. Special Video Recording
By recording using a frame rate that is different to the playback frame rate,
you can record smooth slow motion video and fast motion video.

Set the mode dial to [ ].

Set [Rec. File Format] to [AVCHD] or [MOV].

[Variable Frame Rate] is not available with the following combinations of [Rec
Quality] and [Image Area of Video]. Change the [Image Area of Video] as
necessary.
