When the sensor detects the temperature drops below 46 °F / 8 °C the compressor/heat pump operation begins, when the temperature reaches 50 °F / 10 °C, the compressor stops and repeat this cycle.

Cleaning instructions To ensure optimal performance of the unit, cleaning has to be carried out at regular intervals. Dirty unit may cause malfunction and you may see error code “H99”. Please consult authorised dealer. • Switch off the power at the circuit breaker before cleaning. • Do not touch the aluminium fin, sharp parts may cause injury. • Do not use benzine, thinner or scouring powder. • Use only soap ( pH 7) or neutral household detergent. • Do not use water hotter than 104 °F / 40 °C.

How to retrieve error codes If the unit stops and the TIMER indicator blinks, use the remote control to retrieve the error code. 1 Press for 5 seconds 2 Press until you hear beep sound, then write down the error code TIMER ON 1 SET 2 OFF 3 CANCEL 3 Press for 5 seconds 4 Turn the unit off and reveal the error code to quit checking to authorised dealer • For certain errors, you may restart the unit for limited operation if there are 4 beeps when operation starts.

Instructions de nettoyage Afin d’assurer un rendement optimal de l’appareil, il convient de nettoyer l’appareil à intervalles réguliers. Une unité qui serait sale peut provoquer des problèmes de fonctionnement et l’affichage du code d’erreur « H99 ». Dépannage Si... ■ La télécommande manque ou un dysfonctionnement est survenu AUTO OFF/ON 1. Soulever le panneau avant. 2. Appuyer une fois sur la touche pour utiliser le mode AUTO. 3. Maintenir la touche enfoncée jusqu’à l’émission d’un bip, puis dégager la pression pour utiliser le mode REFROIDISSEMENT accru. 4. Recommencer l’étape 3. Maintenir la touche enfoncée jusqu’à l’émission de 2 bips, puis dégager la pression pour utiliser le mode de REFROIDISSEMENT normal. 5. Recommencer l’étape 4.
Comment récupérer les codes d’erreur Si l’unité s’arrête et si le voyant TIMER (MINUTERIE) clignote, utilisez la télécommande pour récupérer le code d’erreur.
