Tighten all screws
Line up C-QRS slide plate with
nutserts in backing plate and attach
using 8-32 x ½” Phillips flat head
machine screws. Discard 8-32
keps nuts that held assembly
Attach slide guide bracket to
C-3065-3 using (4) 10-32 x
½” Phillips machine screws
and keps nuts. Be sure to
mount correct for proper tilt.

Assembled slide guide bracket
Final assembly
Turn over keyboard, pull to
release knob and slide
keyboard with plate onto
assembled slide guide
bracket.
