Hospitals
Mobile phones should be switched off wherever you are requested
to do so in hospitals, clinics or health care facilities. These requests
are designed to prevent possible interference with sensitive
medical equipment.
Petrol Stations
Obey all posted signs with respect to the use of mobile phones or
other radio equipment in locations with flammable material and
chemicals. Switch off your mobile phone whenever you are
instructed to do so by authorized staff.
Interference
Care must be taken when using the mobile phone in close
proximity to personal medical devices, such as pacemakers and
hearing aids.
Pacemakers
Pacemaker manufacturers recommend that a minimum
separation of 22 cm be maintained between a mobile phone and
a pacemaker to avoid potential interference with the pacemaker.
To achieve this use the mobile phone on the opposite ear to your
pacemaker and do not carry it in a breast pocket.
Hearing Aids
Some mobile phones may interfere with some hearing aids. In the
event of such interference, you may want to consult your hearing
aid manufacturer to discuss alternatives.
Other Medical Devices
Please consult your physician and the device manufacturer to
determine if operation of your mobile phone may interfere with
the operation of your medical device.
Accessories
With your mobile phone, use the battery pack and AC adapter
cable specified by NTT DOCOMO, INC. Otherwise, fire, burns,
injury or electric shock may result.
Batteries
Do not dispose of battery packs with ordinary waste. The battery
pack may catch fire or damage the environment. After insulating
the battery terminal with tape, take the unneeded battery pack to
a docomo Shop, or follow the instructions of local authorities in
charge of collecting used batteries.
Handling Precautions

When using the Wi-Fi, and/or Bluetooth functions abroad,
check local laws and regulations regarding use of them
beforehand.

The excessive sound volume impairs your hearing.
•
Be sure to check the security and safety of the application, then
install it at your own risk. The data in your mobile phone may
be damaged or infected with a virus. Installation may cause
excessive sound volume.
