Q If the phonebook item name (Phone number, etc.) of the other FOMA
terminal are not consistent with those of this FOMA terminal, item
names may be changed or deleted. As characters available for
contact information may vary depending on FOMA terminals, some
characters may be deleted at the destination.
Q Group information cannot be imported.
Q When you export the phonebook data to microSD card, data without
names are not copied.
Q When you import the phonebook from microSD card, files created
through [Batch backup] are not loaded.
You can access the Internet by connecting to your home or
corporate network or a public wireless LAN access point using the
Wi-Fi function of the FOMA terminal.

Wi-Fi is turned on and available Wi-Fi networks are detected.

Network name and security settings (open network or security
protected) of each detected Wi-Fi network are displayed in the Wi-
Fi network list.
Q To manually add a Wi-Fi network, [Add Wi-Fi network] W Enter
required information W Tap [Save].
Select security setting from [Open]/[WEP]/[WPA/WPA2 PSK]/
[802.1x EAP].

Q If you select a security-protected Wi-Fi network, enter the
password (security key) and tap [Connect].

Q You may also use packet communication when the Wi-Fi function is
enabled. However, Wi-Fi is given priority when the device connects to
Wi-Fi network. If the device is disconnected from the Wi-Fi network,
3G/GPRS network connection will automatically take over. Please
note that packet communication fee will be charged if you continue
using the network connection.
