42 Initial Setting
You may configure Email account provided by mopera U or
general providers to use Email function.
Q Please configure access point settings in advance (zZ page 41).
Subscriber for mopera U may use mopera U mail.
■ To use POP server

Enter mopera U user name and password W Enter
[mail.mopera.net] for POP3 server

Select [None] or security type in the security type
field W Confirm your entry W [Next]

Enter [mail.mopera.net] for SMTP server W Confirm
mopera U user name and password you entered W
[Next]
Q If you subscribe for both sp-mode and mopera U, set the sp-mode
access point and enter “587” in the port field to send mopera U
mail.

By using microSD card you can exchange phonebook data with
other FOMA terminals. In addition, you can copy the phonebook
data added to your Google account to docomo account.

Mount microSD card to the FOMA terminal

Phonebook data stored in the docomo account are stored in
microSD card.

Q If automatic settings of Email account does not complete, tap [Manual
setup] in Step 2 to enter the account setting information manually.
Q To add another Email account, tap the Email list screen W xA W
[Accounts] W xA W s[Add account].
