is not available. (Call Forwarding or Voice
Mail takes priority.)

Note
Emergency numbers (110, 119, 118) are dialable when Call Barring for
outgoing calls is active.
If call is attempted when Call Barring is active, warning message
appears. It may take longer to appear in some areas. Check Call Barring
settings if the message does not appear.
