This service forwards incoming voice calls/videophone
calls when you are in a place where radio waves do not
reach, the power is turned off, or you do not answer
calls within a specified time.
p
When Record Message (see page 67) or Remote Monitoring
(see page 73) is simultaneously activated and you want to
give Call Forwarding Service priority, set its ring time shorter
than that for “Record message setting” or “Remote
monitoring”.
p
When you do not answer an incoming voice call or
videophone call while Call Forwarding Service is set to
“Activate”, the call is stored as a missed call in “Received
calls”, and the “Missed call” desktop icon appears on the
Stand-by display.
p
When a call comes in while Call Forwarding Service is set to
“Activate”, the ring tone (specified by “Select ring tone”) will
sound. (You can change the ring time for incoming calls. See
page 367.) If you answer the call within the specified time,
you can start talking.

You can just press keys to forward incoming calls. Also, you
can forward the call that comes in during a call.
Step 1: Store the phone number of forwarding
destination.
Step 2: Set Call Forwarding Service to “Activate”.
Step 3: A call comes into your FOMA phone.
Step 4: The call is automatically forwarded to the
specified destination if you do not answer.

When another call comes in while the current call is put on
hold, the held call is released.

When another call comes in during Multi-calling, the Call
Receiving display appears. Press

“End held call” to end the held call. If you select “End talk”,
you can end the current call.

If you answer the call while ringing, the call is not forwarded;
you can talk.

If you are out of reach of radio waves or the power is turned
off, the ring tone does not sound and the call is
automatically forwarded. The call fee from the forwarder to
the forwarding destination is charged for the forwarder who
has subscribed for the service.

If the ring time for Call Forwarding Service is set to 0
seconds, the calls are not recorded in Received Calls.
