E-VBL Hardware Error: A hardware or electronic error has occurred. If problem persists, see your System
Administrator.
E-VBM Glucose Error: Place meter immediately in base unit to recharge. If problem persists, see your
System Administrator.
E-VBN Glucose Error: Place meter in base unit to recharge. If problem persists, see your System
Administrator.
E-VCB Glucose Error: A real time clock error has occurred. Set date and time or dock meter. If problem
persists, see your System Administrator.
E-VCC Glucose Error: An internal communication error has occurred. If problem persists, see your
System Administrator.
E-VCD Glucose Error: An unexpected internal error has occurred. If problem persists, see your System
Administrator.
E-VCF Glucose Error: A SW error has occurred. If problem persists, see your System Administrator.
E-VCG Glucose Error: The meter has reported an error. Type Unknown Command. Please see your
System Administrator.
E-VCH Temperature Lockout: The meter has detected a temperature error. Let meter rest in room
temperature and repeat the test. If problem persists, see your System Administrator.
E-VCK Code key changed error: An unexpected internal error has occurred. If problem persists, see your
System Administrator.
E-VCL Sample Detection Error: The meter detected an incorrect sample during the test. Repeat the test
using a new strip.
E-VCM Sample Detection Error: The meter detected an incorrect control sample during the test. Repeat
the test using a new strip.
E-VCN Sample Detection Error: The meter detected an incorrect linearity sample during the test. Repeat
the test using a new strip.
E-VDB Software Error: A software error has occurred. Repeat the test, using a new test strip. If problem
persists, see your System Administrator.
E-VDC Date/Time Setting Mismatch: The meter is set to an earlier date than current code file production
date. Set date and time properly or dock meter. If problem persists, see your Admin.
E-YBB Unexpected SW Error: An application SW-error has occurred. The meter will be turned off. If
problem persists, see your System Administrator.
